By using this website, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico without reference to conflict of laws that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico’s Court of First Instance, San Juan Part, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
